International nursing bodies: ICN, EFN, WHO and French representation

Three organisations are key: the International Council of Nurses (ICN), a federation of more than 140 national associations; the European Federation of Nurses Associations (EFN), the voice of the profession to the European Union; and the WHO. ANFIIDE represents French nurses at the ICN, EFN and EFNNMA.

A general nursing qualification awarded in the European Union, the EEA or Switzerland is recognised automatically: you register directly with the professional body.
